For the manufacturing stages, we have established an integrated production system comprised of automated or semi-automated equipment which performs work from stamping to welding, assembling or from plastic injection molding to assembling. Especially, our computerized production control has made this flexible production system possible. In addition to ensuring excellent metallic mold technology, we maintain high reliability by performing inspection at each stage along with thorough checks upon completion of assembly.
